For head bolt size M11x1.5. This is the last chance (oversize) repair to save a block that has been repaired previously and the repair has failed making the hole too big for Time Sert's Big Sert Kit. The threads are normally not flush. This kit provides thread that are flush, so keep in mind the original headbolt will not work after this repair has been made. *If only a normal size Helicoil was used previously see our 42385-500BS for Cadillac or 2200BS for Toyota for the next size up. The 1615NSF is the last resort.

• The only option is putting an insert in the top of the block. A shorter head bolt is required.
• The p/n 1615NSF was made originally for Cadillac Northstar to save a block as a last resort. It's possible to use in Toyota if the threads are M11x1.5.
• Head bolt is not included.
• If repairing a corner hole the special insert has the dowel for a Northstar which is larger they would have to open the hole in the head for the dowel pin so the insert will fit. Improvising not required on holes without dowel.
