DenLors Tools sells automotive tools supplies and industrial equipment to do it yourselfers, all branches of the US military, state and local governments, auto repair shops, car dealers, auction houses, marinas and of course automotive technicians. Do you accept PO's (Purchase Orders)?

Yes. However, we are not accepting new 30 day net applications. We will continue to provide 30 day net to our previous customers which have a good payment history with us.

Do you provide written quotes for products?

Yes. We understand many businesses and Government branches may need a written quote in order to get approval for their purchases.

How can I get a NET 30 account set up for my organization?

We are NOT accepting new applications at this time. We accept Credit cards, Paypal and financing provided through Crest Financial. Read further for more information.

Do you give credit to auto technicians for larger purchases?

Yes. We want auto repair workers and small shops to take advantage of our low prices. We offer financing on tool boxes and any combination of tools and equipment on $1500 purchases and up through Crest Financial.

Do you provide 30 day accounts for individuals?

No. We offer 30 day accounts for Government purchases like Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, State, local and federal government branches.

Does the free shipping at $199 include Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico?

No, shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico can be calculated by plugging in your zip code into the shopping cart (once ALL products have been added). Shipping charges will be verified prior to fulfilling. In some cases we will centralize products in order to consolidate shipping. This will take longer to initially ship in some cases. NO Truck Shipped items can be shipped outside the Continental USA.

Is it possible for DenLors to use my shipping account for my order?

No. We only use our shipping accounts. With the number of shipments we process everyday it would cause issues with tracking packages and confusion with our shipping departments at our warehouses.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Usually between 1 to 6 days, although the average is 2-3 business days. We ship from the closest stocking warehouse to our customer to reduce transit times.

Will my order arrive in one delivery?

We try to ship your order all in one delivery when possible. A small percentage of the time to completely fill the order, we will send separate shipments at no additional shipping cost to you.

Will I receive junk email from you after I place my order?

No. We hate junk email too! Your information is not shared with anyone. We normally send emails only regarding your order or to answer your questions. Typically an order with us will result in 2 emails. 1. An order confirmation email and 2. A tracking link email. DenLors has many more repeat customers by NOT annoying buyers.

Why is there a charge for shipping, my order is over $199?

Free shipping at $199 is for standard shipped items, your item may be oversized or due to size or weight may require delivery by truck freight. See shipping policies for more info.

Do you offer discounts for automotive tool purchases?

Yes. Even though our prices are low already, we do offer a discount on purchases of $1,000 or more, just use one of the coupon codes on this page.

When will my order ship?

Most orders will ship within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.

Does DenLors Tools charge sales tax?

Yes. Orders shipped within our state of Florida are charged sales tax. Businesses that are in Florida that resell products are exempt. We will need a copy of your resales certificate or tax exempt form. Florida government branches acquisitions are also exempt.

I found an item for less, does DenLors match prices?

No. It's not always a good idea to go with the cheapest company. Typically those websites don't update their prices very often, so there are likely not to be accurate. They usually take longer to process the order, don't have it in stock, will charge you more once your order is placed or don't offer free shipping at $199 so you may end up paying more in the end.

What kind of payments do you accept from International customers?

DenLors Tools accepts PayPal, credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We ONLY ship within the USA using BONGO Freight forwarding. Read on for more information.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to service our international customers.

Bongo International provides its customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system where you can consolidate them with other orders.

Can you ship to my APO in Iraq?

Yes. Size limits are sometimes an issue, we cannot ship any Truck Freight items to military addresses outside the USA. We can provide an APO or FPO shipping quote, let us know the item numbers and quantities needed. Please include the address including the country. We may ship the order free on cart totals of $900 and up, see shipping info for more details.
