Does DenLors Tools charge sales tax?Yes. Orders shipped within our state of Florida are charged Florida sales tax. Businesses that are in Florida that resell products are exempt. Florida government branches acquisitions are also exempt.Back to Top |

Do you accept PO's (Purchase Orders)?Yes. We accept Purchase Orders from Schools, Municipalities, Military and private businesses and NET 30 terms provided upon approval of your credit application. Back to Top |

How can I get a NET 30 account set up for my organization?It's easy, just fill out NET 30 credit application and submit it to us. The application is automatically encrypted for security. If you prefer you can print and then FAX it to us. We will review it and get back with you quickly.Back to Top |

Do you give credit to auto technicians for larger purchases?Yes. We want auto repair workers and small shops to take advantage of our low prices. We offer financing on tool boxes and any combination of tools and equipment on $1500 purchases and up through Crest Financial.Back to Top |

Why is there a charge for shipping, my order is over $99?Free shipping at $99 is for standard shipped items, your item may be oversized or due to size or weight may require delivery by truck freight. See shipping policies for more info.Back to Top |

Does the free shipping at $99 include Hawaii?No. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska usually costs more and requires a custom shipping quote. Contact us, provide the item numbers, quantity and your ship to address and we will be happy to provide a custom shipping quote.Back to Top |

Is it possible for DenLors to use my shipping account for my order?No. We only use our shipping accounts. With the number of shipments we process everyday it would cause issues with tracking packages and confusion with our shipping departments at our warehouses.Back to Top |

How long will it take for my order to arrive?Usually between 1 to 6 business days. We strive to ship from the closest warehouse that has all of your items in stock.Back to Top |

Will my order arrive in one delivery?We try to ship your order all in one delivery when possible. A small percentage of the time to completely fill the order, we will send separate shipments at no additional shipping cost to you.Back to Top |

I found an item for less, does DenLors match prices?No. It's not always a good idea to go with the cheapest price. Typically those sites take longer to process the order, don't have it in stock, will charge you more once your order is placed or don't offer free shipping at $99 so you may end up paying more in the end.Back to Top |

I was thinking about making a small purchase, but the shipping seems too high?!I understand your frustration and would like to explain. Some tool websites require a minimum purchase amount of 50 to 75 dollars. We do not have a minimum purchase amount, but the shipping cost is lower when the purchase amount is higher. Since our mark-up is so low, we depend on volume sales and would literally lose money on most small purchases without a minimum order fee. For purchases $99 and up that are shipped by ground we offer *Free Shipping.

Do you ship outside the United States?Not at this time. Exporting products can be very time consuming due to the extra time required to complete customs forms. Most of our International customers have us ship to their freight forwarder that can export the products and answer questions regarding extra taxes that may be charged.Back to Top |

What kind of payments do you accept from international customers?DenLors Tools only accepts wire transfers for the full amount of the order including a $15.00 wire transfer fee for payment. After you have provided a US "ship to" address we will email wire transfer instructions to you.Back to Top |
