Tool Give-Away

 

 

1. To enter, participants must be 18 years of age or older. Employees or family members of DenLorsTools.com are not eligible to participate.

 

2. Each separate purchase at DenLorsTools.com automatically enters you for the give-away. For each separate purchase you make at DenLorsTools.com you receive one (1) entry into the give-away. In addition, with each $100 spent in a single purchase, participants will automatically be entered for another entry into the drawing. For example, a $200 purchase will automatically create three (3) entries for the drawing. One (1) for the initial purchase and two (2) additional entries for each $100 spent.

 

3. One (1) winner with each give-away.

 

4. Returned purchases nullify all entries initiated by the original purchase.

 

5. E-mail addresses and contact information provided MUST be valid, this is how you will be emailed the prize coupon. If the prize coupon is not redeemed by the first of the following month, the prize will be forfeited.

 

6. Purchases made between 12:00 a.m. EST the 1st day of each month and 11:59 p.m. EST the last day of each month will be automatically entered for the drawing. Drawing will be held the first day of the following month.

7. Prize winner is required to release their name and state where they reside for posting without further compensation. Information will appear on this give-away page ONLY and will not be used for any other purpose. Failure to allow posting of this information will result in disqualification.

 

8. Prize will be awarded in the form of a coupon for the dollar amount of the prize represented, the prize coupon will be sent to the winner by email. Winner can elect to use the coupon toward the represented prize or use the dollar amount toward any purchase on the website.

 

9. One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible participants. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible participants entered and number of times entered before the drawing. E-mail address must be valid at time of award notification.Shipping and handling is the responsibility of the winner, dollar amount does count toward the free shipping (for UPS ground) dollar amount of $99, if cart subtotal is below $99 (for UPS ground) $9.99 will be charged.
