We ship to physical addresses within the fifty United States and Puerto Rico. UPS or FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes - please provide a physical address for your residence or business. In rare cases we may ship using USPS at our discretion. A phone number is required in case we need to contact you to verify any information related to your order. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico shipments do not qualify for free shipping.
FREE shipping on orders that qualify for Ground Shipping which subtotals $199 and up shipped within the Continental United States. We also have some individual items that are less than $199 that have free shipping. Look for the free shipping graphic! *Free shipping does not apply outside the Continental United States. The $199 free shipping policy, excludes larger items that Ships by Truck. Larger truck shipped items ship free within the Continental United States that subtotals $1399 and up. Truck Shipped Items
Some items are too big to be shipped with a standard ground shipping service; these items will be Truck Shipped using a Freight Company. The truck driver is responsible for moving your item to the rear of the semi-trailer, unloading the item from there is the customers' responsibility. If you do not have a dock or a fork lift for unloading large items from the semi-trailer, a liftgate may be required to safely unload your item. When ordering online, on the "Check Out" page please let us know in the "comments" section if a liftgate will be needed, this will help speed delivery.
We have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to service our international customers. Please make sure you understand how Bongo works prior to ordering.
Bongo International provides its customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system where you can consolidate them with other orders.
This process saves international customers up to 82% off typical international shipping rates.

Free Shipping offers apply only to the 48 Continental United States - it does not include fees charged by Bongo. You will be required to pay Bongo's fees directly to them, not us.
Customs fees, import taxes, duties or other fees will apply to International customers. We are not responsible for customs delays. DenLors Tools does not charge or collect International shipping fees or customs fees. Import fees are determined by your government. You may at your discretion contact your government's customs office for more information regarding fees that may apply.
Military APO's and FPO's
We support our military and want to accommodate when possible. Due to government regulations requiring much more time and attention for processing shipments to military addresses, many tool suppliers choose not to ship to them. DenLors Tools will ship to APO's and FPO's as long as the items are small enough to be shipped in this manner. Truck shipped items cannot be shipped to APO's or FPO's, please note if an item is shipped by truck it will be written in the listing and there will be a notation at checkout. Please contact us for a military shipping quote prior to placing your order. When requesting a shipping quote, please include your name, address, item numbers and quantity. Shipping times usually range from ten to fifteen days for APO's and FPO's. Dependent on total weight of the package, we may provide free shipping on cart totals of $900 and up.
Locksmith Tools Policy
In effort to execute due diligence in NOT supplying locksmith tools for unlawful uses, DenLors has enacted the following policy; Locksmith tools such as lockout kits, jimmys, wedges, lock pick sets and related tools designed to bypass locks or latches are only shipped to business addresses. Furthermore, it is required that the business type be in a field which it is reasonable and logical for the business to possess such tools for lawful purposes. Only upon verifying the validity of the business address and business type, will orders of this type be processed. In some cases we may require faxed proof of business license, tax exemption certificate, mechanics license or certificate prior to fulfilling an order for locksmith tools.
Automotive Scan Tool Policy
Our scan tools are equipped with software for the USA market (US emission standards). We will NOT ship scan tools outside the USA or to freight forwarding services for shipment outside of the USA. Scan tools encompass electronics and software, therefore we CANNOT accept returns on these items (see our warranty policies for more information). We will only ship scan tools to either the billing address or to an automotive related business address.
In effort to protect our customers and prevent fraudulent purchases, in some cases we may require further verification of credit card ownership. If we cannot make contact and satisfy validity of the purchase, the transaction will be voided.
Sales Tax: All shipments within Florida will be charged Florida state tax.
Shipping and Handling: All orders will be shipped using a standard ground shipping service unless otherwise noted or requested.
Warehouse Locations: 98% of all orders get shipped within 24 hours upon payment. Delivery time for ground shipped orders range from 1-6 business days. Tracking information will be forwarded to you by email once it is available. We have warehouses located in Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, Illinois, New York, New Jersey, Nevada, Texas and California. In order to speed delivery, your order will be sent from the closest stocking warehouse to your location.
Delivery Address: We are not responsible for undeliverable shipments due to an incorrect "ship to" address you provided. Please provide your complete address including apartment number, unit number or suite number that may apply. If we need to re-ship your order due to an incorrect or incomplete address that you have provided additional shipping charges will apply.
Missing Shipment: If any items are missing please check your email to see if there are multiple shipments to fulfill your purchase. At times we will ship multiple packages to deliver your order. Tracking or confirmation numbers for your order will be sent by email once they are available. Many times shipping companies will leave your package at the door if you are not home. If you are uncomfortable with this you can have your order shipped to your work or a neighbor's house if you prefer. Our responsibility for the whereabouts of your shipment ends after it is delivered and we will provide proof of delivery upon request.
Damaged Items: Please inspect all packages if possible before accepting delivery. If an item is damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization number and warehouse address. A replacement for the damaged item will be sent once the damaged item is returned.
Out of Stock: All orders will be filled as complete as possible in order to expedite delivery. If any items are out of stock, please re-order at a later date
Haz-Mat Handling Charge: Shipping companies charge a hazardous materials charge for any combustible items that are shipped. There are some items that will require this fee. If your order will require this fee and it is not already calculated in the shipping costs, we will contact you prior to shipping your order.
