Urethane Supply Company's Mini-Weld Model 6 Airless Plastic Welder is the next generation in plastic welding technology. Some of the benefits of this new design over our 5500HT model are that the element, and temperature control can be taken out of the carrying case for more mobility. It even has a belt clip attached.
The Mini-Weld Model 6 Airless Plastic Welder is a complete kit that you can use to repair all kinds of plastic. This welder is NOT some stripped down kit. It's a complete, ready-to-use kit that is jam packed with benefits. Things like and easy-to-understand instructional video lets you learn how to weld in no time; weld high-melting-point plastics (like nylon radiator tanks) quickly and easily with the 80 watt element; with seven types of standard welding rod, you will be able to match virtually any type of automotive plastic; Problem plastics like TEO, TPO, and Polypropylene are no problem to repair with the included FiberFlex universal rod. This is just a drop in the bucket.

This kit contains airless plastic welder with 80 watt element, a standard welding tip to accept 1/8th inch (3 mm) diameter plastic welding rods, a flat round welding tip, a 10 inch (25cm) by 5 inch (12 cm) stainless steel reinforcing wire mesh, 15 ft. (4.5 m) each of PUR, PP, ABS, PE, TPO, Nylon, and FiberFlex and 4 ft. (1.2 m) of Polycarbonate, welding stand, 40 minute instructional DVD. All are in a rugged plastic carrying case.
