The OTC 3499 Scan Pro has OBD II and CAN enhanced functionality. This scan tool displays enhanced vehicle data from vehicle computers for 1996 and newer autos. OTC 3499 graphs data on 1996 and newer cars with  (OBD II). The OTC3499 also has multilingual menu options that include English, French and Spanish. OTC' 3499 Scan Pro allows the tech to read, record and playback live sensor data. Need OBD 1 capability?This scanner has OBD I functionality with cables included for 1984-95 Ford, 1984-95 GM and 1989-’95 Chrysler vehicles.
