Please use VS090. The Draper is equivelant to the Kent Moore SPX J-42492-A. Draper is an expert quality automotive specialty tool used in Europe for many years (Equivelant to the J-42492-A), manufactured from EN8 carbon steel plate hardened and tempered with zinc plated finish. Adjusts the tension of the timing belt, (1/2" Square Drive) by rotating the waterpump.

 

In the United States this tool is used for the Daewoo Lanos and the Chevy Aveo 

Especially helpful for adjusting the timing belt tension when replacing the timing belt or water pump on (alternative to the J-42492-A) 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002 Daewoo Lanos 1.6 Liter engines and Chevrolet Aveo 1.6 when the J-42492-A is required (Read more about Daewoo's relationship with GM at Wikipedia). The Daewoo 1.6 water pump is an ecentric design, which means the timing belt sprocket is off-center. By turning the water pump assembly the tension is adjusted on the timing belt. The access to part of the water pump that the wrench fits on is narrow and hard to access without the correct tool. The water pump below helps show how narrow the area really is, the wrench flats are not seen in the picture.
